Recognizing that children grow in unpredictable stages, we treat each child as an individual, working from the level each child has attained and moving forward a step at a time. We teach a love of learning by allowing each child to experience his or her own stage of development.
Infants (6 weeks to 1 year) — We provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment full of activities for your baby. Infants learn through experiences that utilize their senses. Our infant caregivers are also dedicated to supporting your needs as a parent.
Toddlers (1 year to 2 years) — Toddlers are learning rapidly to develop their language skills. They require pictures, puzzles, books and space for large motor activities such as climbing, jumping, running and dancing. Because toddlers do not yet understand the concept of sharing, we offer several of the same toys for parallel play to help develop their social skills.
PreSchool/Pre-Kindergarten — Each child is a unique person with an individual pattern and timing of growth. We strongly support intellectual, social, emotional and physical growth. Our curriculum adapts to the changes of our children as they develop. Field trips are an integral part of our curriculum to help children learn and understand the world around them. Trips may include picnics, trips to the zoo, library or farms.
Extended Care — Following half-day kindergarten classes, we provide experiences that stimulate learning and build on typical kindergarten curriculum. The teachers expose the children to many opportunities and experiences through reading stories and poems, taking field trips, arts and crafts, dramatic play and creative writing. Through this curriculum, our teachers keep the children physically, emotionally and socially active.
Before- and After-Care — Children can arrive as early as 7 a.m. They will be given a healthy breakfast and are supervised until their school bus arrives. After-care includes a healthy snack, homework supervision and enrichment activities until they are ready to go home.
Summer Enrichment Program — This program is an opportunity for school-aged children to enjoy a summer enriched with a multitude of activities. Children participate in activities such as swimming lessons, cooking classes, rollerskating, bowling and picnics. Parents are fully informed of all planned activities in advance.
Meals — a nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are provided daily. Menus are posted on the parent bulletin board monthly.
